Dynamic Software Solution ("we", "us"), Suite 204, 2nd Floor, Kawish Crown, DACHS Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan, operates the DSS WhatsApp API. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

Account data: your name, email address, company name, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Usage data: the messaging number you connect, the recipients you message, and message metadata (type, time, delivery status). We do not store your message contents beyond what is needed to operate the Service.
Payment data: card payments are handled by our payment provider (merchant of record). We do not see or store your full card details.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, deliver your messages, bill your subscription, send service and account emails, and provide support.

3. Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the Service — our payment provider (for billing) and email/hosting infrastructure. We do not sell your data.

4. Security & retention

Passwords and API keys are stored as hashes; access is restricted. We retain account and usage data while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
