Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the DSS WhatsApp API ("the Service"), operated by Dynamic Software Solution ("we", "us"), Suite 204, 2nd Floor, Kawish Crown, DACHS Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a subscription-based messaging API. You connect your own messaging account, obtain an API key, and use our REST API to send transactional messages (such as notifications, receipts, and one-time verification codes) to recipients who have agreed to hear from you.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must confirm your email address before sending.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to send only to recipients who have opted in, and only lawful, transactional or expressly-consented content. You must not send spam, bulk unsolicited marketing, or any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content. You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of the underlying messaging platform you connect. You are solely responsible for your connected number and your recipient lists. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

4. Subscriptions & billing

The Service is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. Online card payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record; applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. See our Refund Policy.

5. Service availability

The Service depends on third-party messaging networks that we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the delivery of any individual message, and a connected number may be rate-limited or restricted by the messaging platform. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Software Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from message non-delivery or from any restriction of your connected number. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with courts in Karachi having jurisdiction.
